I'm Bradley Gibbs. I write about agent harnesses, multi-agent review systems, ontologies, and strategy tooling — research notes from building Gyre.

Most of what's here is empirical: controlled experiments on how coding agents fail, and the structural fixes that hold when vigilance doesn't. Where there's working code, it ships alongside the essay.
